This Heart Pine dining table is hand built in the Hochstetler workshop at Appalachian Woods. With a heavy top (1 1/4 inches thick) and very sturdy legs this table will hold up to many years of family dinners. The top is usually three or four boards wide and the legs are held in place with a mortise and tenon and have wooden pegs holding it all together. The table also features a 4 inch beaded apron board, which is traditional on many Early American tables.

This table is a slight variation of the one above. It has a top that is not quite as thick and a leg that is not quite as heavy. Standard thickness is usually 1.25″ but we can vary the specs based on your project. This table can also be built with turned or tapered shaker style legs. The price on this table is the same as the above.
